PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Every piece is unique from reclaimed materials!. This durable and unique serving board is made of what appears to be Spanish sourced Blanco Cristal Granite. This granite is quarried near Cadalso de Los Vidrios, Madrid, Spain. It is a medium-grained, light grey-white muscovite granite of the Carboniferous period. A small sample of Blanco Cristal granite is usually representative of not having a wide variation in color and veining however swatch samples must be approved for large projects to ensure that the blocks are all extracted from the same quarry face for matching purposes. During the polishing process a clear epoxy resin filler may be used to fill any micro fissures or tiny pitting however this does not affect the integrity of the stone, it merely provides an even smoother surface finish. Blanco Cristal Granite is suitable for both interior and exterior use furthermore is frost resistant and with a constant polish.
The dimensions are approximately 17.5 x 14.5 x 1.25 It has rough, natural edges that highlight the beautiful interior colors. The surface is polished and cleaned to give off the same look as a granite counter-top. The bottom comes with cork feet to protect your existing countertop or table from scratches. This item will include a stainless steel inch spreader knife. The granite board weighs approximately 15 pounds.

OTHER USES
Can be used as a hot plate or for serving cold food such as cheese or Sushi. Since granite is a natural stone, it holds temperature well if heated or chilled.
